Sending a photo after ordering

If you selected the option to send your photo later, please include your order number when contacting us so we can match the image to the correct keepsake.

Response time

We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

During weekends, holidays or especially busy periods, replies may take a little longer.

Our studio

Eydavy is a small handmade gift studio based in Spain. Because we are often creating and preparing orders, we do not currently offer telephone support or visits to our workshop.
