You must not use our products, services, photographs, designs, or website content in violation of any applicable law or the rights of another person.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, automated scraping tools, or any material intended to interfere with the operation or security of the website.
PRODUCTS
Eydavy creates handmade keepsakes, personalized gifts, wooden products, message bottles, photo gifts, and other decorative items.
Because our products are handmade individually, small variations may occur between photographs, samples, and the finished product.
Natural materials such as wood, cork, dried flowers, stones, and crystals may vary in color, grain, markings, texture, shape, or size.
These variations are part of the handmade character of the product and are not normally considered defects.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and natural material variations.
Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers should review product measurements before ordering.
Photographs may include styling objects that are not included with the purchased product.
PERSONALIZATION
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate names, dates, messages, photographs, addresses, and other personalization details.
We may reproduce the information exactly as submitted, including capitalization and punctuation, unless the product description states otherwise.
We may make minor layout adjustments to ensure that the personalization fits the design correctly.
If personalization details are missing, unclear, or unsuitable for the selected design, we may contact the customer before production.
Delays in receiving the required information may delay production and delivery.
DESIGN PREVIEWS
Some personalized products include a design preview before production.
Customers must carefully review all text, spelling, dates, photographs, colors, and layout details.
Approval authorizes us to begin production.
After approval, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We are not responsible for errors that were visible in a preview approved by the customer.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT
By uploading or sending a photograph, message, name, design, or other content, the customer confirms that they have the right and permission to use that content.
The customer must not provide content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes copyright, privacy, trademark, or other third party rights.
The customer grants Eydavy permission to use the supplied content only as necessary to design, produce, communicate about, and fulfil the order.
We will not use a customer’s personal photograph for public advertising, social media, or promotional purposes without separate permission.
We may refuse or cancel an order containing unsuitable or unlawful content.
ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and we confirm or begin processing it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
Payment cannot be authorized
Product information contains an obvious error
The requested personalization cannot be produced
The order contains prohibited content
The product is unavailable
The order appears fraudulent
A technical or pricing error has occurred
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency selected or detected by the website.
Final prices, shipping costs, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout.
Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order already accepted.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests are accepted within 6 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, the customer must contact shop@eydavy.com and include the order number.
After 6 hours, cancellation cannot be guaranteed because design or production may already have started.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Personalized products that have entered production may not qualify for cancellation or refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, damaged products, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Personalized and custom made products cannot normally be returned because of a change of mind.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
PRODUCTION TIMES
Production times shown on product pages are estimates.
Personalized products may require additional time if photographs, text, approval, or other information is missing.
Production times do not include postal transit time unless expressly stated.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and during checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections, postal disruptions, weather, public holidays, peak seasons, security checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required before it can be sent again.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs charges, duties, or postal handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless checkout states that these charges have already been collected, the customer may be responsible for paying them.
Customs procedures and charges are controlled by the destination authorities and are outside our direct control.
Refusal to pay an import charge does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
If a parcel is returned to us because charges were refused or remained unpaid, any refund will be assessed after the parcel has been received.
Where legally permitted, shipping, return, customs, or handling costs incurred by Eydavy may be deducted from the refund.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original Eydavy photographs, product designs, illustrations, text, packaging concepts, graphics, branding, logos, and website content are owned by or licensed to Eydavy.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights to the customer.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify.
We may also use third party services for payments, analytics, communication, delivery, reviews, or other store functions.
Third party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Links to third party websites are provided for convenience.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of websites that we do not control.
ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION
We try to keep the information on the website complete and accurate.
Occasional typographical errors, pricing errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information where legally permitted.

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
NO WAIVER
A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it later.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using any court or dispute resolution procedure available under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these Terms when our products, services, legal obligations, or business practices change.
