Every Eydavy keepsake is made especially for you. Depending on the product, you may be able to add a photo, names, a special date or a short personal message.

How to personalize your gift

The available personalization fields will appear directly on the product page. Complete the fields before adding the item to your cart.

Please check all names, dates and messages carefully. Your personalization will be created using the information exactly as you provide it.

Photo personalization

If your keepsake includes a photo, you can upload it directly from the product page.

For the best result, please choose a clear, high-quality image with good lighting. Avoid screenshots, heavily cropped photos or images where the main subject is very small.

Some photos may need to be gently cropped to fit the shape and size of the design. We will always try to keep the most important part of your image visible.

Sending your photo later

If you do not have your photo ready when placing your order, select I will send my photo later by email.

Please send the photo as soon as possible and include your order number so we can match it correctly to your purchase.

Your order cannot be completed until we receive all the required personalization details.

Names, dates and messages

Enter your names, date or personal message in the personalization field shown on the product page.

Space may be limited depending on the size and design of the keepsake. Shorter messages usually create the clearest and most beautiful result.

Wooden keepsakes and cards

Many of our wooden keepsakes and anniversary cards include a standard message as part of the original design.

Where available, you may add names and an anniversary date underneath the standard message. If no personalization details are provided, the keepsake will be made with the standard design only.

Changes after placing your order

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because personalized items are prepared individually, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Handmade details

Every Eydavy keepsake is handmade using natural materials and carefully selected details.

Small variations in wood grain, flowers, placement or finish are part of the handmade nature of each piece and make every keepsake unique.
