How do I personalize my order?

After placing your order, you can send us the names, date, short message and photo you would like us to use.

Please include your order number whenever possible so we can match your personalization details with your order.

Can I add a photo to my message bottle?

Yes. If the product allows photo personalization, you can send us your photo after placing your order.

You can reply to your order confirmation email or contact us with your order number and photo.

Is the photo included in the price?

Yes. For products that allow photo personalization, the photo is included as part of the personalization. It is not charged as an extra add-on unless clearly stated on the product page.

Can I add my own message?

Yes. You can include a short personal message, names, a date or any small detail you would like us to consider.

If you are not sure what to write, you can send us your idea and we will help you prepare something meaningful.

Are Eydavy gifts handmade?

Yes. Each Eydavy piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.

Small variations may occur, making every keepsake truly unique.

Do you include invoices inside the package?

No. Our gifts are prepared to be gift-ready, and we do not include invoice details inside the package.

What packaging options are available?

Packaging options may vary depending on the product.

Some items are available with standard packaging, Tiny Postal Box or Love Gift Box. You can choose the available packaging options on each product page.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Each item is handmade to order, so please allow time for us to prepare your personalized keepsake before shipping.

If you are ordering for a specific date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. We ship internationally, including to the United States.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, postal service and customs processing.

Is shipping tracked?

Most orders are shipped with tracking whenever available for the destination country.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Because our items are personalized and handmade to order, cancellations are only possible if production has not started yet.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items cannot usually be returned unless there is a problem with the order.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

What should I do if I made a mistake in my personalization details?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected information.

If production has not started yet, we will do our best to update your order.
